Thank you for choosing Joe Pro Media. By placing an order, booking a session, downloading images, or using our website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.
Joe Pro Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
All photographs, videos, graphics, logos, text, designs, and other content created by or displayed on Joe Pro Media websites, galleries, and social media platforms are the exclusive property of Joe Pro Media and are protected under United States copyright laws.
No image, video, graphic, or content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, altered, sold, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Joe Pro Media.
The Joe Pro Media name, logo, and related branding elements are trademarks and property of Joe Pro Media.
Image License & Usage
All images remain the copyrighted property of Joe Pro Media. Digital image purchases include a non-transferable personal-use license only.
Personal-use rights include:
- Downloading images for personal use
- Printing images for personal display
- Sharing images on personal social media accounts
Commercial use, advertising, sponsorship promotions, publication, resale, contests, fundraising materials, media distribution, or business use requires written permission from Joe Pro Media.
RAW or unedited image files will not be provided.
Joe Pro Media retains full creative control over all editing, retouching, color grading, cropping, and image processing decisions.
Model Release & Marketing Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients grant Joe Pro Media permission to use photographs and videos created during sessions for portfolio display, website galleries, social media, advertising, promotional materials, contests, and other business marketing purposes.
Clients may request in writing that images not be used for promotional purposes.
Orders, Refunds & Replacements
Due to the custom nature of photography products and digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Replacement products will be provided for:
- Printing defects
- Shipping damage
- Incorrect products received
Requests for replacement must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery. All replacement requests must include photographic documentation of the issue when requested. Replacement products will typically be processed within 2–3 weeks.
Shipping Policy
Joe Pro Media partners with professional print labs and shipping carriers to fulfill orders.
Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. However, Joe Pro Media will assist customers with carrier investigations or claims whenever reasonably possible.
Orders reported lost or undelivered must be reported within thirty (30) days of shipment.
If a carrier confirms a package was lost in transit, Joe Pro Media will replace the order at no additional cost. Orders reported after thirty (30) days may be subject to reprint and shipping charges.
Unauthorized Returns
Packages refused without authorization or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer may be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges.
Pricing & Product Information
Joe Pro Media strives to provide accurate pricing, descriptions, and product information.
However, pricing, product descriptions, availability, and specifications may occasionally contain errors.
Joe Pro Media reserves the right to correct errors and cancel or refuse orders containing incorrect pricing or information. Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.
Joe Pro Media reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joe Pro Media's maximum liability for any claim arising from products or services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Joe Pro Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, emotional distress, or business interruption.
Force Majeure
Joe Pro Media shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- School closures
- Venue restrictions
- Illness or injury
- Equipment failure
- Internet or power outages
- Transportation disruptions
In such cases, Joe Pro Media will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services when possible.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy only and are not guaranteed.
Production schedules, vendor delays, shipping carrier delays, weather events, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery timelines.
Privacy Policy
Joe Pro Media respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
Information collected may include:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Billing address
- Shipping address
- Payment information
- Order history
This information is used solely for:
- Processing orders
- Delivering products
- Customer support
- Improving customer experience
- Marketing communications (when applicable)
Joe Pro Media does not sell customer information to third parties.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California.
Any legal action arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kern County, California.
Formerly Joseph Estrada Photography
Joe Pro Media was formerly known as Joseph Estrada Photography. References to Joseph Estrada Photography in prior contracts, galleries, invoices, marketing materials, or customer communications shall be considered references to Joe Pro Media.

Children's Privacy
Our services frequently involve photographing minors. Parents, legal guardians, schools, organizations, or authorized representatives are responsible for obtaining any permissions or releases required before booking photography services.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
PORTRAIT SESSION BOOKING POLICIES
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable $75 retainer is required to reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Session fees vary depending on the portrait package selected.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected situations arise.
More than 48 Hours' Notice
- If you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, your retainer may be transferred to one future session date, subject to availability.
Less than 48 Hours' Notice
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the retainer. A new retainer is required to reserve another appointment.
No-Shows & Non-Cooperation
Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled session without prior notice will forfeit all payments made.
If the photographer is unable to complete the session due to a client's refusal to cooperate, repeated lateness, unsafe behavior, or disruption by participants, all payments are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
Sessions begin at the scheduled appointment time. Clients arriving late will have that time deducted from their session in order to remain on schedule for other appointments.
If arrival is excessively late and insufficient time remains to complete the session, the appointment may be considered a cancellation.
Photographer Rescheduling
Joe Pro Media reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to:
- Illness
- Unsafe weather
- Equipment failure
- Emergency situations
- Acts of God
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If this occurs, your retainer will be transferred to the earliest mutually available date at no additional cost.
Weather Policy
Outdoor sessions are dependent upon weather conditions.
If rain, heavy smoke, unsafe temperatures, high winds, or other conditions would negatively impact the quality or safety of the session, we will reschedule at no additional charge.
Cloudy or overcast skies alone are not considered grounds for rescheduling.
Satisfaction
By booking a session, clients acknowledge they have reviewed Joe Pro Media's portfolio and understand the photographer's artistic style.
Refunds will not be issued due to personal preferences including, but not limited to:
- Hairstyle
- Clothing choices
- Facial expressions
- Weather conditions
- Lighting preferences
- Personal appearance
- Location conditions beyond our control
Clients wishing to schedule another session may do so at current pricing.
Copyright & Image Ownership
Joe Pro Media retains full copyright ownership of all photographs and videos in accordance with United States Copyright Law. Purchasing digital images grants the client a personal-use license only.
Images may not be:
- Sold
- Edited or altered
- Used commercially
- Submitted into contests
- Used for advertising
without prior written permission from Joe Pro Media.
Portfolio & Promotional Use
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the session, Joe Pro Media reserves the right to use photographs for:
- Portfolio display
- Website
- Social media
- Advertising
- Marketing materials
- Photography competitions
- Educational purposes
Clients may request that their images remain private before the session begins.
Digital Delivery & Archiving
Final edited images are delivered through an online gallery. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up purchased digital files.
Joe Pro Media archives images for a limited period but cannot guarantee permanent storage. Images may be permanently removed after the archival period.
Image Editing
Final artistic editing decisions remain solely at the discretion of Joe Pro Media. RAW files and unedited images are never provided.
Limitation of Liability
If photographs are lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise unavailable due to equipment failure, acts of God, catastrophic events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, liability shall be limited to a refund of amounts paid for the affected session.
Joe Pro Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
